Great to get back up to Herbs Unlimited this week and see Alison and look at plans for the next year.

Rosemary Shrager’s book recipes are almost finished now but we have sausages and consommé’s this week as well as vegetables so it is no rest yet!

The apprentices are all doing well out in industry at College we have put them through their paces this week with dishes such as Goats cheese soufflé inside a Globe Artichoke – technically a hard thing to pull off really -but they all achieved.
