Working closely with Herbs Unlimited for seven years on numerous events, developing food and herb pairings, creating recipes, and providing cookery demos.

Creating the taster lunch at the Chef’s Open Day where chefs from all over Great Britain, and herb buyers and clients of Herbs Unlimited came to see the herbs first-hand. Demonstrating the culinary potential of the herbs, salad leaves and edible flower produce while introducing the tasters and explaining the ingredients used.

Working with the senior management team in the development kitchens to produce a menu for their open day that showcased the range of award-winning Gordon Rhodes and Dalesman spices and flavourings.

Liaising with MD Ian Rhodes and his team, and interacting with their guests throughout the day to create a successful, memorable event.

Help to re-launch the deli at FINK’s official opening ceremony since they re-branded the shop. Also worked with FINK to produce a 6-course meal for their Valentine’s event.
