A trip to Cowart Park in Ascot started the week and what a day thank you to Zwilling J.A.Henckels for that. It was a great opportunity experience John Campbell’s amazing food and to look around a very fine kitchen.
A night I hot footed it down to Mr Anton Mosimann’s private club www.mosimann.com in Berkeley Square for a Dorchester chefs reunion which was great fun to see all the guys again and of course to chat to chef and his wife.
Back to Chippindale eggs in Harrogate and a photo shoot cooking up some great new dishes using these fantastic eggs.
I am sure the photos will give people a smile when they open their egg boxes and hopefully they will try my quick recipes.
